Shipping, Refund, Returns & Cancellations Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working day of the order being received. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on the following Monday. Where we experience higher than normal order volumes, your order will leave us within a maximum of 48 hours.
Orders are shipped using My Hermes, Royal Mail or DPD depending on the size/ value of your order.
We use a number of couriers depending on the order value/weight/size of a shipment. Whilst our delivery partners are normally very efficient, most do state that items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in busy periods, however you can ordinarily expect your goods within 5 days of your despatch notice from us.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please email email@example.com with your order number explaining that you’d like to cancel. If your request to cancel is received before your order is shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your order in full including postage.
Due to the nature of our products and the risk of contamination, we do not accept returns on oils under any circumstances. However, if you wish to return other products such as packaging, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your reason for return and someone will be in touch.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please photograph the packaging and the contents. Then email email@example.com with your order number and attach pictures. We will advise on a case per case basis. In some instances, we may ask you to dispose of an item/s on our behalf. If we do, we will refund or replace whichever your preferred. However, in some circumstances, we may ask you to return the damaged item for inspection. If an item is visibly damaged and we ask for it back, we will pay return shipping.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we request it back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
